What we collect when you register
The Instagram @username, name, country, city (optional), category and, if you provide it, a contact email. We never ask for passwords or access your Instagram account.
What we use it for
To check the account against Instagram's official API and, if it meets the requirements, include it in this site's public rankings (public name, @username, country, city, category, followers and profile picture). The email is only used to contact you about your registration.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time. If you suggest someone else, only their public Instagram @ and the information that person already makes public are processed; anyone can ask for their profile to be removed.
Who processes data on our behalf
Supabase (storage of registrations, on servers in the European Union) and Vercel (website hosting). We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
How long we keep it
While the profile is part of the rankings or until you ask for its removal. Registrations that are not published are deleted after 12 months.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to alexis.pardo@utmost.fund. If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
